Finally, I went a day without going over my calorie limit. I have never been prouder of myself. And to make it even better, I went out and bought a bunch of low calorie foods to bring to work. I am finally motivated to be healthier… :)

This song makes me cry after last year. In child care, the children always have a graduation at the end of the year. Before we went out on the stage, we all sat in the room in a circle while Val’s dad played guitar. They practiced singing this song and after they finished we all burst into tears. Ever since that, I can’t hear this song anymore.
